Another piece of news from Sony‘s Gamescom presser that is bound to please comic book fans.

Literally hundreds of Marvel comics will be available for download on PSPs, coinciding at the same time as the launch of the PSP reader software. Click on to find out when you can read Spiderman on the subway or the Punisher on the plane.

Wearing a fetching Wolverine jacket, Marvel’s V.P of digital global marketing, Ira Rubenstein, announced the company’s back catalogue would be coming to the handheld this November. Rubenstein also specifically mentioned that “hundreds” of titles would be put on the service, meaning something to surely suit everyone’s comic book preference will be available.

Titles and pricing have yet to be announced but as soon as they are you can be sure we’ll be right on it to let you know.
