A humongous quantity of paper documents is generated everyday through a variety of processes, such as government directives, business activities, customer surveys, legal proceedings etc. There is an increasing trend towards converting these paper documents to electronic formats, which can be stored and retrieved easily even years after they are generated, and can also be searched for content or otherwise analytically processed for information. Electronic documents can also be transmitted across the world easily in no time, in contrast to their paper counterparts. However, you need to convert the document images into editable text, and it is here that document imaging processing plays a vital role.

All documents are scanned on high quality high volume scanners. This allows us to create high quality images of any document type whether it is digitally created, hand written or a photograph. All of our scanning equipment is maintained at regular intervals with tune-ups and roller kits to help prevent any damage to the documents while they are being fed through the scanners.

First, all documents are examined during the document litigation process (removing staples, rubber bands, paper clips, and inserting proper barcodes) for damages or other marks, folds or issues that might cause the document to become unreadable during the scanning phase. If something is found at this point it is marked for individual processing.
