Best combination of perks in MW2?

Here's a guide for those who are unfamiliar with all the perks.

Once I reach the higher levels, it'd probably look like:

Perk 1:
Bling + Bling Pro

Perk 2:
Cold Blooded + Cold Blooded Pro

Perk 3:
Ninja + Ninja Pro

I've always had success with a silencer + the Dead Silence perk in COD: WAW, so that's what I'm aiming for. Right now, Hardline has been quite helpful too in racking up the killstreaks.
