Got a neat little idea from the forums over at DarkZero. The idea is to make a statement (your own opinion) that others would find controversial, but remains truthful to you. In short, say something you find to be accurate that would really just piss off anyone who happens to disagree.
I'll start...
GTA4 is a major downgrade from previous installments, and sacrificed the fun but outlandish gameplay that drove the franchise to success for the depressing realm of realism.
Oh man, I could write an editorial's worth of my own controversial statements, but I'll start with this one:
- Not only is Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter the best installment in the series by a HUGE margin, it's also an excellent step forward in what I believe should be the evolution of turn-based RPGs.

Fable I wasn't that great, and Fable II was a downgrade, with some of the worst storytelling and characters of all time.
Halo 3 is one of the worst first person shooters out there.
Fallout 3 was a pretty dull game, standing in the middle of RPG and Action game, executing neither of them very well. Seems that games can make a big stir and be revered not by having great content, but just by having average content and LOTS of it.
This probably isnt as controversial as my last statement but...
Bioshock has a better soundtrack than ANY game ever made, and even better than most movies ive ever seen
Bioshock was boring, unimaginative, and had horrible combat.
The writing on gamerlimit.com is childish and kind of lame.
