I was thinking of Friday the 13th for some reason but I'm not sure if that's what you had in mind.
Not in the least. I didn't even know about it until GamePolitics reported on it.
Maybe, but isn't the idea with episodic games to have shorter titles released more frequently?
I just realized that we're getting Duke Nukem Forever BEFORE Half Life 2 Episode 3.
That really makes you think, doesn't it?
Mass Effect 3 is rumored to have an "uber edition" (their words, not mine) that will be for hardcore fans. I'm tempted.

Speaking as someone who does nonprofit volunteer work in my spare time, I felt fuzzy reading this. Makes me want to...
RE4, hands down. I loved the new formula and how it opted out of conventional sense, since RE as a series has never exactly been scary.
In terms of releases that we'll never know in the states, I was impressed with Mistwalker's Last Story just from what I read. It seemed like a really ambitious project and I hope someday we'll see...
How has nobody mentioned the Mario Galaxy games? They're both fantastic.
Alright, I readily accept this is pretty narcissistic, but I did want to draw attention to a blog post I just made, since the blog reel isn't back up yet. This is something a lot more personal than...
I'll probably wait until it comes out on DVD, but I'm still pleasantly surprised the reviews aren't universally negative as per usual.
Sometimes, even within single player, a game's nature means you can't get enough of it. Whether it's multiple replays, nonlinear nature, a super fun sandbox, or any other reason, some games just...
Ditto to what James said, although a friend of mine has gotten me into the PSX-era RPGs. I didn't get a PSX until years after it came out, so the PSX classics went past my radar RPGs. Legend of...
So if you guys can believe this, that god damn theme song from Battlefield Heroes convinced me to check the game out. It's a very typical cartoony shooter, but much to my surprise, I'm actually...
Unfortunately no, but is different from most Tales games. The only other one I liked was Symphonia, and this blows it away.
I loved it! It's arguably one of my favorite RPGs of all time. It's addictive, though. I have about 100+ hours logged into it for the "Too Much Free Time" achievement, appropriately.
The closest I've come is Tales of Vesperia. I COULD get the achievement for finishing the hidden dungeon, but it involves so much pointless grinding that it feels like a waste of time.
Just did it, the ping I got was 67.222.22.5
Nope, they're under different IPs. One of my roommates had the same problem, even when he tried logging in from his iPhone. The other can use a VPN which he helped me get into, so now I can access...
I'm having a very bizarre problem logging in on my laptop. I keep getting a blank screen showing a message saying "account suspended" - this is before I even attempt to sign in. My account itself...
I'm still not sure what the appeal of the DSi is. The photography is a cool gimmick but you lose the GBA Slot, and I've been using my relatively old cell phone to take pictures for years now.
To...
