Well, up until now, I had not even heard of Merchants of Brooklyn, so I checked out the latest gameplay video from CES, and as I said, it looks interesting to say the least. Over on their official website, you can read more about this FPS from Paleo Entertainment, and did I mention it is powered by the Crytek Engine? That is the very same engine that powered the PC hit, Crysis, which I must say, has broken barriers when it came to graphics in videogames.

Final Fantasy enthusiasts should be pleased to know the official site has finally gone live, currently there is limited content and it’s only in Japanese, but it’s a good start.

For those of us who haven’t already played the demo the new trailer shows a pretty impressive look at what is in store.
Deciding which plastic instruments deserve that place in your living room? Think Rock Band is too much of a party game? Are you really into old rock and metal? Then Guitar Hero: World Tour (GH:WT) might be the game for you. With classics like Ozzy Osbourne’s “Crazy Train” and The Eagles’ ”Hotel California” to new stuff like “Scream Aim Fire” by Bullet For My Valentine and “What I’ve Done” by Linkin Park the game has a decent variety of music to jam to.
If you buy the “complete band game” you get one guitar, drum set, and mic to play with. All the instruments are well built and fun to play and they all work for Rock Band as well. The instruments in the package are great but the game…not so much.

Continuing on from yesterday’s Street Fighter: The Movie Trailer is the just released trailer for Street Fighter IV, Gouken Vs. Akuma, the brothers battle. The video is heavily stylized, hence there is a fair bit of hate out for it, although personally I like it. Check it out after the jump.

Bethesda have just released 3 more screenshots of the first DLC content pack for Fallout 3 known as ‘Fallout 3: Operation Anchorage’, if you’re a ninja fan be sure to check em out after the jump.

The Tomb Raider series is one that has always been of shifting views. It has gone from good to bad to terrible and back to good again. Unfortunately I haven’t been there for any of this. Tomb Raider Underworld was my first Tomb Raider game. I am not sure whether that is a good thing or not; either way I hoped for the best when I jumped head first into Lara Croft’s newest adventure.

Fable 2′s first download-able zone has finally got a release date, and it’s going to be next week, to be specific January the 13th, and it will cost 800 points. The DLC pack will introduce a new island along with a pile of items, quests and new characters.

Everyone’s favourite busters revival have finally got a confirmed release date, June 16. The release date was slipped in by Sony on the press release for their upcoming Blu-ray release of the original Ghostbusters, hopefully they didn’t upset Atari by releasing this without an okay.

Over on Xbox.com it has been revealed that Skate 2′s demo will be coming to marketplace on Thursday, January 8th.
