Hideo Kojima has been a busy bee at this year’s E3, hasn’t he? First of all, he shocked the world with the announcement that Metal Gear Solid: Rising will be available on the Xbox 360, then he unveiled Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker on the PSP.

BUT! He wasn’t quite done there. At yesterday’s Konami press conference, Mr. Kojima confirmed that Rising was a multi-platform release and that a new game was in the works: Metal Gear Arcade.

Sony has revealed that Rockstar Games will be delivering Agent, exclusively for the PlayStation 3. This could be fitting vengeance for Microsoft’s monopoly over GTA IV DLC.

Players will be taken around the globe, venturing through seedy underbellies everywhere. Global open-world gaming is here!?

This was certianly a shocker, wasn’t it? With A.I. Director 2.0 and a brand new cast of survivors, Left 4 Dead 2 looks to have some interesting new gameplay. Not only will the normal weapons return, but melee weapons will become a major part of this latest from Valve.

November 17th can’t come soon enough, but for now let’s enjoy the brand new trailer, shall we?

Crytek and Electronic Arts have confirmed that they will be joining forces to release a multi-platform sequel to the highly-acclaimed, PC-only FPS, Crysis. EA will publish the already announced PC version of Crysis 2, along with newly revealed releases for both Xbox 360 and PS3.

As if the late night Girls Gone Wild commercials weren’t enough, someone has to go and create a patch that will leave our lovable Sims standing around in nothing but their birthday suit.  Good grief.

Death defying antics? Leaps across wide canyons? Breaking apart enemies with a whip? Your hat snapping onto your head? Yeah! Sounds like Lego Indiana Jones to me. While the first was delegated to a pack-in for the Xbox 360, it seemed to have received wide praise across all platforms.

The bricked up Dr. Jones is at it again, with a brand new adventure. According to Activision and TellTale, the game will hit later this year with a new “hook”. This instance of Lego Indy is to include user created levels. It will be available for the DS, PSP, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2, PS3. Hit the jump for the PR.

The creatures of the highly praised Oblivion and Fallout 3 are expanding their role as a game creator, and publisher. It has been rumored for quite some time that Splash Damage is working on a first-person shooter. With this confirmation in hand, a teaser trailer was released last night showing off a brand new game that will be available for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. You’ll be teased…to the Brink.

Wallace and the lovable pooch Gromit take yet another foray into video games as Telltale Games release the second installment of their four episodes for the franchise with Wallace and Gromit: The Last Resort. If you’re a fan of games like Monkey Island or Sam & Max, then this game should certainly be in your sights, but how does it compete with these big guns of the point and click world?
