About a month ago, I reported that the new characters we’d be seeing in the console version of Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars were leaked.  As of yesterday, though, we’ve seen four out of five of these character officially announced.

Capcom recently revealed that Joe the Condor (a.k.a Joe Asakura) and Zero as new additions to the stateside release. Hit the jump to see some gameplay footage!

Today Capcom released a trailer for the recently announced Super Street Fighter IV.

Unlike the previous teaser, this trailer showcases in-game footage of three of the new characters; namely T. Hawk, Dee Jay, and Juri.

Well, given the amount of leaked screenshots on the internet, the inevitable announcement of a new iteration of Street Fighter 4 was…well, inevitable. A few hours ago, Capcom’s US website finally made an official announcement for Super Street Fighter 4.

According to producer Yoshinori Ono, there will be a lot of changes made, based not only on their own experience, but fan feedback and suggestions from players themselves. Hit the jump to read about a few things you can expect from the newest SF4 iteration.

Now Wii owners REALLY have a reason to be excited: Frank West, the photographer/main character of Capcom’s Dead Rising, has been confirmed as a character in  the upcoming Wii-exclusive fighter Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars.

Just a few short months after BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger‘s stateside release, the newest issue of the Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu has announced an upgrade-sequel to the original game. As the title of the article mentions, it will be called BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, and if you just so happen to be on vacation in Akihabara, Japan in three days, you can take part in the location test!

However, for the 99.9% of the readers who won’t be, hit the jump to see the details on the new BlazBlue, so you can live vicariously through all the people playing the cool new version of the game.

It’s been known for some time that Tatsunoko Vs Capcom, a crossover game in the vein of Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 featuring characters from the popular anime company – Tatsunoko – is being released in America. It has also been known that not all the characters from the Tatsunoko roster would make it into the game due to licensing issues. Lastly, we knew that the U.S release would see new characters from both the Capcom and Tatsunoko sides.

Well, yesterday, a member of the community at Shoryuken.com found something interesting at TvC‘s Japanese website – something interesting which inadvertently revealed all the new characters we’d be seeing in the stateside release.
