While everyone assumed it was inevitable, it was just confirmed by Infinity Ward Creative Strategist, Robert Bowling, that Modern Warfare 3 players on PS3 will receive the new Liberation and Piazza maps on February 28th.

The catch is that the maps will only be available for those with Call of Duty Elite Premium membership. The two maps are already available for Xbox 360 paid Elite members and have been on the market since January 24th. Chances are the new maps will be made available for everyone at some point for a high price.
