No problem man. I mean do the math, dblaio 2 has been up and running for 10 years and still has yet to have a action rpg come close to it. I still play it. People still buy stuff for it daily and spend hundreds of dollars just to get back into dueling. Its that addicting. It requires skill and good equipment, but good skill will always win as long as you have decent equipment. You actually have to aim and use spells wisely.
Weight loss, if you are overweight, lower salt inakte, exercise, potassium daily. If your bp is > 140/90 then these natural steps will not be enough, you need medical assistance to get it down.
