It goes to show that lsonig weight is not just about cutting calories and exercising, but about finding out what kind of diet suits you. I couldn’t lose weight at all going that route. What worked for me was to go on a low GI, near sugar-less diet. That’s when the pounds fell off for me. I’m mostly semi-vegan now, taking tofu and fish and eggs mostly with the occasional meat.Uhm, I’m not sure if I can go completely vegan though, but all power to you folks!
