Gran Turismo 5 will finally be making its grand entrance out of the showroom this November, and Polyphony have announced today some special edition versions of the game for Europe.

Unlike the American equivalent however, there will be two seperate bundles to choose from – you can find a complete content listing and pricing details after the break.

The Signature Edition of the game will retail for €179.99 and will include the following bonuses:

  • Metal sculpted box finished in SLS AMG Obsidian Black
  • Exclusive GT branded SLS AMG 1:43 model car
  • GT leather wallet containing Signature Edition competition entry card
  • Branded USB key with Polyphony/Mercedes-Benz trailer
  • GT branded metal key fob
  • Signature Edition coffee table book featuring the beautiful cars and locations of Gran Turismo 5
  • 200 page Apex drivers magazine with hints on driving technique, car tuning, future technologies and more
  • Vouchers for 11 DLC vehicles
  • Competition entry to win a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG

The more lightweight Collectors Edition will retail for €79.99 and include the following bonuses:

  • Commemorative #5 slip case
  • Five collectible artcards
  • 200 page Apex drivers magazine with hints on driving technique, car tuning, future technologies and more
  • Vouchers for 11 DLC vehicles

Personally, I am always drawn into collectors editions, but the Signature Edition’s price point is far too high to even consider. Collector’s Edition it is!

Has this announcement enticed you to part with your cash for the luxury versions of Gran Turismo 5?
