Back in 1999, Capcom changed the landscape of survival horror games forever when they released the critically acclaimed hit, Dino Crisis. While the franchise took a turn for the worse with the two horrendous sequels, Dino Crisis 2 and Dino Crisis in Space, the company hoped to put things back on track when they started developing Dino Crisis 4.
The game was going to be a huge success, but Capcom decided to take out the dinosaurs, replace them with zombies, and relabel it Resident Evil 4, which of course went on to sell a bazillion copies. Well, Capcom has finally realized their mistake, and today they have officially announced that Dino Crisis 4 is back in development and will be coming to the PS3 and Xbox 360 later this year. Instead of taking place in the future like the last game, Dino Crisis 4 is set back in the 1940’s, during the height of Germany’s power in World War 2. Hitler has tasked his best scientists with coming up with the ultimate weapon to destroy those pesky Allies once and for all. Their master plan is to create a time machine to travel back into the past to capture dinosaurs, which they will then bring forward in time to create a legion of Nazi mounted dinosaur battalions.
Unfortunately, this brilliant, yet deadly plan is already in its final stages, and Hitler is ready to release this new form of flesh eating terror into the world. The only person who can stop them is you, a cave man from the Cretaceous Period who accidentally got caught in one of the time portals, pulling you and your purple velociraptor Wendy into the future.
You and Wendy have now been thrust into a time neither of you understand, tasked with saving a world that doesn’t want you. It’s a dirty job, but only you can destroy the evil Nazi mounted dinosaurs before it’s too late, for you truly are humanities last best hope for peace.

capcom somehow need 2 realise dino crisis was a good game. Number 3 had good gameplay but the storyline was totaly crap and didn’t make sence. But the gameplay and guns were good and the dinosaurs and the graphics. Just the storyline was totaly shit. And whoever decided to release the game with that storyline needs to be fired and the old guy put back.

If there should be a dino crisis 4, i say that Regina must come back to save Dylan and Paula who were crushed by falling equipment and not that stupid idea of caveman. More advanced weapons could be added in dino crisis 4. It could begin from a place that we haven’t met in dino crisis 2. For example:in an area which is full of all type of dinosaurs attacking Regina at the same time and not like in dino crisis 2 where each room you passed there was only one type of dinosaur.CAPCOM SHOULD MAKE A DINO CRISIS 4 AND PLEASE CAPCOM RELEASE IT ON COMPUTER (PC) AS WELL AS OTHER PLATFORMS
