Making its way around the web recently is the full list of achievements for Just Cause 2, publisher Eidos’s sequel to their 2006 action/adventure game.  While not particularly innovative or extraordinary, Just Cause developed quite the dedicated fanbase, who are clamoring to get their hands on the sequel.

If this leaked achievements list is any indication, they’re going to have a lot of work to do, if they wish to take advantage of everything this island has to offer.  Take a look.

The Stunt Flyer, Bridge Limbo, and Top of the World achievements have me convinced that this is going to be a fun title, which is more interest than I can say I had in the first title.  Let’s hope it turns out that way.

  1. I’m not really an achievement whore so maybe I’m just biased…..

This looks like it would take FOR-E-VER.

  2. pretty standard set of achievements, couldn’t ask for better

  3. I don’t know much about this game, so I can’t really tell what will be completely tough and what will only take a bit of time, but from what I see, it looks like you’ll be spending a lot of time on achievements if you want them all. Which is fine by me, I mean, working hard to complete something makes the outcome feel sweeter, but like I said, I don’t know HOW tough and HOW much time they’d take.

Some of them sound fun even without knowing, though. Stunt Driver, eh?

  4. I don’t know, getting 75% complete on a sandbox title seems like a tall order. But as you say, some of them seem worth the effort.

  5. I just noticed how unimpressed that dude on the bottom left of the headline pic is of that guy dodging that missile effortlessly

  6. Guy in Truck: “Pshh, bet you can’t dodge that missle!”

    *Agent dodges missle effortlessly*

Guy in Truck: “Yeah, that was alright I guess! But can you listen to Glenn Beck talk for more than five minutes? Didn’t think so, MWAHAHAHA!!!!!”
