It looks like Valve may already be gearing up to announce new content for Left 4 Dead 2, as a site for the band Midnight Riders, who feature in L4D2, have recently had their own website discovered.

The whois information on the domain name lists Valve as the official contact, and it uses their DNS servers.

Hence, it can be taken without a doubt that it is an official site. Although, whether it is just a viral marketing ploy for L4D2, or a pre-announcement about upcoming content, is still a bit of a mystery.

if you right click l4d2 on steam there is a page in its setup or something that says all the dlc you have for it, so i am guessing this is gonna be true
