Now you may not understand whats being said throughout the entire video, but one thing the promotional trailer conveys through six-and-a-half-minutes of sheer awesomeness: Resonance of Fate (formerly and known overseas as End of Eternity) will be an adrenaline fueled, punch-you-in-the-face jRPG experience.

Set in the not-to-distant future, Earth is facing catastrophic crisis; poisonous gases permeate the Earth’s surface and destroys nearly all living organisms, save some of mankind who learn to adapt. Years of peace have gone by despite the apocalyptic event, that is, until the air purifier malfunctions. Published by Sega and developed by tri-Ace (Star Ocean series and Valkyrie Profile), Resonance of Fate looks incredible and boasts a unique combat system that is a staple of tri-Ace developed games.

Resonance of Fate will drop January 28th, 2010 in Japan, and sometime later in the year for the U.S and Europe on the PS3 and Xbox 360.

  1. I’m pretty excited about this. It’s nice that some jRPGs started getting with customizable clothing/armor.
