Remember when I posted a news story about Shattered Horizon arriving on Steam? Today developer Futuremark Games Studios announced the first bit of DLC for the zero-G shooter.

Dubbed “Moonrise,” the DLC is said to add “new levels and features.” In total, four new maps will be added “effectively doubling the number of levels in the game.”

Futuremark is also making good on its promise to give those who pre-ordered early access to new content. If you pre-ordered Shattered Horizon, you can expect to find an invite to playtest the new levels sometime this week.

As on right now there has been no announcement as to when the “Moonrise” pack will arrive. The developer stated “the release date of the Moonrise pack will depend on the feedback we get from [playtesters].”
