If you’ve never played Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 before, you probably won’t ever want to pick it up after you watch this video: in fact, a lot of people will probably want to stop playing it after all of the infinite combos make you feel like a scrub.

This particular video features Justin Wong as Pink Storm at Seasons Beatings 4 in Columbus Ohio. If anyone’s wondering, the comeback starts around 1:40, when the crowd starts going wild. While I never won any big tournaments, there’s nothing quite like participating in them amidst a large roaring crowd!

  1. That comeback was intense, I knew there was a reason Wong is my favorite.

  2. That was just amazing. I used to think I was somewhat decent at fighting games. Now I might just give them up for good.

  3. Dude, those combos are broken.

  4. Oh wow, I completely forgot to watch the MvC2 videos from Season’s Beatings.

If you guys think this is cool, there’s more videos (or there’s going to be, at least) from this tournament at http://www.frame-advantage.com. The tourney included MvC2, Street Fighter 4 and HD Remix, and a few others.

  5. Meh, nothing new here. Impressive comeback none the less. I find this comeback far more intense

Coming back from < 25% with one character vs 3 characters in Marvel is a lot tougher than parrying that super. Just my opinion.

That comeback is old, and it just looks cool. As 4EVA said, it’s actually much less harder to do than it looks. The Marvel comebacks are muuuuuch harder to pull off.

  8. What 4EVA said.

This one tops it in terms of pure skill.

  9. I’ve been playing MvC2 for nine years and i can say 1 vs 3 comebacks aren’t too special. Looked like Justin was just messin with his opponent then went ape sh*t with Storm. Tech hitting every hit from a hyper combo seems more strenuous than hitting a continuous button sequence, but that’s just me.
