In a recent interview with Starship Troopers 3: Marauder and Surrogates actor, Boris Kodjoe, he gave the public some insight about the cast and storyline in the next franchise film, Resident Evil: Afterlife.
I don’t know how these films are still being made, but I guess the T-Virus is stronger than what we ever imagined.
“I play the leader of the survivors in LA. Milla Jovovich’s character, Alice, is roaming the world looking for survivors and she’s wound up in LA, which has been burning for three years. She comes across an LA jail surrounded be these half-dead, uhh…[zombies]. Yeah, they’re those monsters, what are they called? Anyway, she comes across the jail and there’s a couple of survivors and she lands on top of the roof and partners up with me to fight the guys that are coming after them. We’re trying to get all of the survivors out of the jail to safety. We’re starting next week, actually.”
Some of the original cast is back including Milla Jovovich and Ali Larter along with Prison Break star, Wentworth Miller. Although Prison Break ended, at least Miller gets to reprise his “breaking out of jail” skills in Resident Evil: Afterlife.
Similarly, unconfirmed rumors are floating around that Leon S. Kennedy will make his long overdue debut. Lastly, if the film fails, at least the movie hired actors with some great names.

Great choice for the picture!
The picture is the only reason I clicked on this. Boosh.
We some how live in a world where a 4th Resident Evil movie is going to be released before a Halo movie even gets any where near becoming a reality. It’s just so so sad!
yummy
I didn’t see any of the Resident Evil movies past 1. After watching clips of all of them, I threw up a few times.

The difference between this film and a possible Halo film is that the Halo movie will actually be about the game. It’s easier to use a name and make up some crappy plot that conflicts with the original context and sell it to the idiots that don’t read up on who’s responsible for the film.
