Sony’s advertising for the new slim PS3 looks set to go into overdrive with two brand new ads. The new commercials harken back to the days of the original Playstation and Playstation 2 advertising blitzes, when they were well, actually funny.

Hit the jump to see the two new ads, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

So what did you think? I thought they were pretty hilarious myself, leave a comment to ridicule my taste in comedy if you feel the need.

  1. Those were hilarious! I’m glad I don’t have a lot of money right now – I’m a sucker for buying any product with a funny commercial. Those people who come up with the advertisements must love me.

naturally like your web-site however you need to test the spelling on several of your posts.
Many of them are rife with spelling issues and I find it very
bothersome to tell the truth however I will certainly come again again.

I had and still have a black Vision fanny pack. Use to wear it all the time skating back in the day, oancsiocally bust it out when I’m riding my bike these days. In the late 80′s the skate fanny packs were cool and made sense to wear. In the early 90′s they turned into mini book bags with 53 different pockets and zippers and seemed to be embraced by an entirely different group of people. Due to the evolution of the fanny pack and who it ended up being worn by, it seems to have been branded lame for eternity. I still tend to believe that the simpler Vision pack is acceptable and actually kinda cool, but that could be just me. -Tim DCXX
