Then you're missing out, because Killing Floor is a real gem whereas L4D2 is just a boring rehash of the first game. Or you could man up and play both. WHAT A CONCEPT

Picked the game up this weekend with my brother and we've been slaughtering zombies ever since. Good review, great game. I do have to disagree with the comment about mobs not interacting with players. Bloats and sirens can nearly blind you given the chance, and husks can effectively do the same if you are caught in their line of fire. Now before I'm flamed to ashes, I've never played L4D so I don't know the full scope of the "interactions" as you've compared them.

Just one SMALL point: it isn't a Valve title, it was created by Tripwire Interactive. The company wot also brought you Red Orchestra. It was just first released over Steam... hence the confusion for some people (Owen) as Valve own Steam.

Cheers,

Alan Wilson
VP, Tripwire Interactive

I saw this on Steam and was swithering (awesome word eh!) over getting it.

I may well take the plunge now, thanks Owen.
