Infinity Ward has officially posted the very first multiplayer footage from Modern Warfare 2 on YouTube.  This new video showcases the game’s “AC130 killstreak reward”, which after killing 11 people straight, allows you to man an AC130 gunnery station and rain fire down upon your enemies.  The footage also teases the viewers with the first glances of some of the new multiplayer maps.

While the single player gameplay that has been shown so far looks great, this multiplayer footage is what most players have really been looking forward to, and it doesn’t disappoint. Do I really need to say anything else?  This is what we’ve all been waiting for, so hit the jump to see the new video in all its glory. Today Sony announced that Titan Studios’ downloadable capture the flag title, Fat Princess, will finally hit the PlayStation Store this Thursday, July 30. Simultaneously being released for the Americas, Europe and Asia, Fat Princess will be priced at $15.

For those of you who don’t know, Fat Princess is one of the most anticipated games due to its stylized art direction as well as its twist on classic game mechanics. In this classes based CTF game, players are trying to steal the enemy teams princess. The twist is, you can help defend your princess by feeding her. The fatter she gets, the harder it is for the enemy team to carry her to their castle.

Microsoft announced today that Turn 10′s Xbox 360 exclusive racer Forza Motorsport 3 will arrive in North America on October 27.

Boasting an impressive “400 cars on over 100 tracks,” Forza 3 will include a first-person view, one button assisted driving, and vehicle rollover. Turn 10 Studios has stated that Forza 3 will allow gamers to record in-game footage and upload it to the Forza website.

Gamers who pre-order Forza 3 will get a download code for an Audi R8 V10 fitted out with a custom paint job by Justin Van Dusen II. Sony’s Playstation Store has served up some sumptuous gaming delicacies since its launch. Users have nibbled on treats such as Pixel Junk Eden, Flower, Flow and The Last Guy. Each one has showcased the Playstation brand’s unique take on downloadable games: innovation, originality and quality.

With Trash Panic Sony hopes to add to this platter. Does this latest serving belong on the main course with the others, or does its name indicate where this title should be placed?

Fans of the Halo series will be delighted to hear the news that an anime is being created based on the universe that has spawned three superb FPS games and a bold venture into the realms of RTS. Further to this, of course, there will be two new instalments of the franchise with Halo: Reach preceded by Halo 3: ODST later this year.

The latter title has been tried and tested at Comic-Con 2009, while the anime – entitled Halo Legends - has a gorgeous new trailer to gasp at. Hit the jump for the trailer and some sneaky over-the-shoulder gameplay footage from ODST.

Dexter: The Game

If you are one of the few individuals still stuck in the antiquated world of standard mobile phones, then here’s some news that might just pique your iPhone interest.

Icarus Studios are in the final stages of development for their gaming adaptation of Dexter, and have released a new trailer to celebrate. The preview looks positively saucy, but is sure to garner at least a few angry letters to the editor. Hit the jump to check it out.
