Today marked the official first day of Epic’s newest subsidiary in Seoul, South Korea. This specific office in the largest city in South Korea will specifically work on lisencing of the Unreal Engine to Korean developers. At this time there are no games being developed as this new office.
Ray Park, former business and strategy developer of Massive Inc., had this to say about the newest office.

The opening of Epic Games Korea signifies Epic’s desire to collaborate more closely with the Korean game development community, as we view our licensees’ successes as our own.”
Parks is the new territorial manager for Epic Games Korea.
