My MMO Shop has recently contracted the ‘services,’ or should I say assets, of Russian porn star, Anna Morgan, to help promote the website.  My MMO Shop specializes in harvesting and selling of MMO currency for popular online titles.  Particularly, the website has paid Morgan $500,000 to use her DD size breasts as a billboard.  For atleast two years, she will have the company’s logo and url tattooed across her chest, which will be featured in 100s of steamy sex scenes.

Just when I thought we were starting to rehabilitate many WoW heads, they now have a new reason to stay at home and nerd out in the dark pits of their caves.  Thank you pornography.

The WoW Gold selling website, MyMMOShop.com has paid Russian porn star Anna Morgan to tattoo their company’s logo and website URL to her breasts. The company feels that her natural dd sized breasts will provide an ample space for the advertisement. Given the number of films porn stars tend to make in a year’s time, the tattoo should be seen many thousands of times. Anna has agreed not to alter the tattoo for at least two years.

I’m not sure what the correlation is, but for some reason, My MMO Shop found the $500,000 link between porn and video games.  For that much money, I can think of some other things I’d ask her to help me out with.  At least they don’t specialize in the bathroom business.

[Update June 11:  Apparently this advertisement is the fakest of the fake.  According to numerous commentators and Destructoid this is viral marketing at its finest.]

  1. Hmm, maybe we should do something similar.

  2. That….But…I have no idea what to say…

  3. I’ll do it, Colin!

Trouble is, advertising the site while sitting on the bus is less in-your-face than being the star of a porn movie, isn’t it? Hmmm.

  4. I’ll wear that and stand somewhere if you pay me to do it.

  5. For $500,000, Steven better do more than just stand. ;)

This isn’t as bad as when Acclaim put ShadowMan ads on headstones in England (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=26582&vid=enable&skip=yes&vid=disable). At least when people see these MMO ads they’ll be in a happier place and state of mind.

Also, lack of blood-flow to the brain = more susceptible to suggestion/advertisements. Bling bling.

  6. avatar looking very very sexyyyyyyyyy
