UFC fans have always wanted a reputable franchise game, just like boxing fans have the Fight Night series. Crave Entertainment’s multiple attempts to solidify the franchise since August 2000 was always met with a lukewarm response, and UFC: Sudden Impact in 2004 was met with unanimously poor ratings.

We have all heard the news by now of Michael Jackson’s untimely death as a result of a cardiac arrest this week, and, as the world mourns, his inspiring influence is indeed evident. Since he passed away at age 50, the day has been completely flooded with tributes, news coverage and his iconic music videos throughout, and a quick look on Amazon also reveals a predictable surge in Michael Jackson album sales – at the time of writing, the top 14 best selling albums of the day on Amazon are all from “The King of Pop.” The news even successfully massacred some parts of the interweb.

Today Microsoft announced that the free beta for 1 vs. 100 is now open to Xbox Live Silver members, until Sunday, June 28.

Once 1 vs. 100 is officially released, players will have the chance to win real prizes including Microsoft Points and Xbox Live Arcade games. To get bigger and better prizes, the player dubbed “The One” must eliminate members of “The Mob” by correctly answering trivia questions.
