News on Team Ico’s latest project, The Last Guardian, has been sparse. We were treated to a refined trailer of the Project Trico teaser at E3, but other than that, knowledge of what this new title will be like is fairly sparse. While no substantial news can be found as of yet, these official screenshots will add to the hype surrounding this game. Check them out after the jump.
These shots look to be taken from the trailer shown at E3, taking advantage of the PS3 to give us beautiful tropical landscapes and exotic temple environments. If The Last Guardian will be anything like its predecessors – Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, then this upcoming Team Ico title is definitely something to put on any “To Pre-Order” lists.
This game is absolutely beautiful.
If it’s anything like the games before then I’ll soon have an emotional attachment to that big feathery thing!
Haha Me too! And I have the distinct feeling that it’s going to die in the end, which doesn’t bode well. I hate when lovable animal companions die.
