Some of our writers here at Gamer Limit have been lucky enough to attend E3 this year. Some of us haven’t. Which one do you think I am? I’m not bitter. OK, maybe slightly when considering a couple of our boys sat down with Chet Faliszek, a writer for Left 4 Dead 2. Fliszek teased us with tidbits of information regarding this surprise sequel.

Asked whether zombie-slaying fans would be able to enjoy any new modes in Left 4 Dead 2, the writer was rather sure of his answer:

“We’re working on a new mode being shipped with Left 4 Dead 2, that we can’t disclose at this time, but rest assured, it will be awesome.”

While this isn’t much to go on at the moment, I’m sure tongues will start wagging and rumors will pour from many different directions soon enough. As will speculation about any new enemies in the game.

““The Charger is one of the three new infected we’ll be introducing in Left 4 Dead 2,” Faliszek said. “We are planning on adding two more.”

Hmmm, I wonder what they could be. Ugly things, no doubt.
