After taking E3 by storm, Microsoft’s ground-breaking motion-sensing tech left a few questions in gamer’s minds. Okay, more than a few, but one of the main questions was actual examples of games the technology could be used with, rather than just promotional possibilities.
Studio President of Bungie, Harold Ryan has hinted that the upcoming Xbox 360 exclusive Halo: Reach could implement the technology. It is still vague and completely unclear how Reach will implement the motion control, but after Peter Molyneux’s statement that we shouldn’t be trying to cram Natal into existing genres and hope it sticks, but rather allow this new technology to create new genres, it seems a bit of a step in the other direction.
However, time will tell as we wait for more announcements regarding Halo: Reach, so stay tuned to Gamer Limit as we keep you informed of how the game progresses.
