The first footage of Final Fantasy XIV has been shown and boy is it mind blowing. Square Enix had some hell of a surprise! Not only was footage shown, but it is a PS3 exclusive!
Im drooling at the thought of another Final Fantasy for me to stick my teeth into.
Oh boy, we can play another version of the same tired plot with a slightly diferent system for learning jobs. Yay!

Theres a reason I quit Square, it’s because of your love with Enix. They ruined everything we had, and they’ve ruined what you could have had. Unless you wise up, I have no interest in anything you spit out Squenix.
I’m super excited. FFXI took away hours of my life, and I’m more than willing to allow another FF MMO do the same.
I was jumping up and down when I heard about this while watching the Sony conference. As a recovering (and failing) FFXI addict, I am so pumped to sell my soul to another FF MMO.
Can’t say it’s all that great being a PS3 exclusive, as I’d much rather use my PC that I’ve come to love playing FFXI on. I mean, we have a PS3 so either way it’s fine, but I still would prefer PC based play. I mean, PC’s are upgradable, a PS3 well, their are some hardware limitations. Here’s hoping it reaches the PC at some point after release.

Anyone else notice the races are the same? In the trailer you can see Mithra, Galka, Hume, and Elvaan. In the artwork you can also see Taru.

when they say ps3 exclusive, it just means it’s not on wii and 360, it IS on both ps3 and pc
Whoever said its ps3 exclusive clearly doesnt know waht tehy aqre talking about the official website shows its pc too.
