talesof Tales of Vesperia for Europe finally, specifically, DATED

For those of us in the PAL regions, its been a ridiculously long period of hoping, and waiting, for one of the most acclaimed RPGs of this gen, Tales of Vesperia.

A few weeks ago, the European Tales of Vesperia site was launched, saying a single line, “Coming June 2009″. Vague, but concise. Finally, the site updated with the exact date, so start your pre-orders! Check after the jump.

With nothing but some screenshots and not even a trailer to go around, the 26th of June, 2009 is the official date for the European release.

It’s not known if it will hit Australia and New Zealand at the same time, but be assured that Gamer Limit has sought comment and will update you soon.

???..The demo has been up on XBL for a while…what more do you want.

I meant on the website, not on XBL. A demo released a week ago doesn’t really make up for a year long delay IMO.

Your right, but traditionaly the PAL region has allways been the last to recieve JRPG’s mostly due to the amount of localisation that goes on, on the plus side we usualy get the uncut/unedited Jap version, US versions of JRPG’s (and other genres) are sometimes toned down for a younger audience and to meet ESRB ratings critieria.

Its a cloud with a silver lining type of situation..lol

Or you get the real, or “hard version” of an RPG, while we get the easy version. FF4 comes to mind.

    God dont remind me…lol

Thankfully most recent RPG’s are more “western” friendly when it comes to game boss HP….dont get me wrong I enjoy a challenge but at 32 I dont really have the time, energy or attention span for 6 hour boss battles anymore, I deffinately like things as they are now as opposed to back in the day.
