That’s right, Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzonoha vs. King Abaddon is ready and available for your consuming needs.  Whew, what a mouthful of a game title they got there.  The title isn’t the only thing that’s gotten bigger with this sequel, as Devil Summoner 2 now boasts an “upgraded” battle system, twice the number of demons to negotiate with, and the ability to create even more powerful demons.  Click continue for a video and more info.

Those that live off of special editions are in luck, as Devil Summoner 2 is only available with all the bells and whistles attached:

“Part of the Atlus Spoils fan appreciation program, Devil Summoner 2 is only available as a limited edition boxed set; each and every set includes the game itself, a new chapter in the stunningly original action RPG series, and Raiho, the plushie that will steal your heart (if he doesn’t try to eat your soul first).”

You can never have enough soul masticating plushies around, can you? The whole shibang retails for $39.99.  You can also check out Atlus for even more info.

  1. I managed to play the first two-three hours before my PS3 stopped reading my PS2 games. So far, I enjoyed it. Love that they brought the talking/negotiating back.
