Reports are coming in that the recently released Fallout 3 DLC, Broken Steel, is slightly damaged coming out of the gate.
Players may remember the same launch niggles occurring with the original 2 DLC releases, Operation Anchorage and The Pitt. More info after the jump.
The PC version has been pulled down from the GFW Marketplace, and some users of the 360 have noted a few different errors, mostly bugs in game. Bethesda has mentioned to Kotaku that the fault is related “To Microsoft and GFW”, but no information has been sourced on the 360 issues. Needless to say, it’s likely Bethesda and Microsoft are working on it, and things should hopefully be running peachy within a few hours.
Passing the buck, gotta love it. If it isn’t Bethesda’s fault, MS or GFW should step up to the plate and take the blame. People are used to MS screwing up hard (BSOD), but stuff like this could tarnish the reputation of a great developer like Bethesda.
c’mon everyone loves glitches
