Down at the MTV Multiplayer Blog there’s world exclusive on the upcoming Iphone game Terminator Salvation. iPhone games seem to be still trying to break through that barrier to be accepted in the handheld world. However, emulating ‘PS2ish’ games isn’t working for the PSP, so there doesn’t seem to be a reason that it’s going to work for the iPhone.
‘Terminator Salvation’ looks to have quite a bit of content from these screens. However, with my past experience with virtual D-pads and Joysticks, the controls will either make or break this futuristic war machine.

The iphone has potential like any other platform. However most people who spend 300 dollars on a cell phone didn’t buy it to game.
yeah that looks bad. Why do we need a terminator game? We don’t even know if the movie is good.
iPhone has some great potential for gaming, the way you play Rolondo (I’m sure I spelled that wrong) or Super Monkey Ball worked so perfectly.
They need games that show off its motion control, that show off it’s touch screen interface, they don’t need games that look like dodgy PS2 ports, but as it is just screens hard to tell how the controls will be.
