Upon logging into my e-mail account, I saw an e-mail from Sony, asking fans what they would like to see in the God of War III Collector’s Edition. As a huge God of War fan, I obviously participated in this survey. The survey lists numerous goodies, and you rate them from a scale of 1-10 with 1 being the least important and 10 as most important. Hit the jump for the list of goodies.
- Full game soundtrack
- Comic book/Graphic novel
- Exclusive packaging
- God of War and God of War II on Blu-ray disc
- God of War and God of War II cinematic movie compilation
- Art book
- T-shirt
- Collectible items
- Access to exclusive downloadable content
- Behind-the-scenes/”Making of” featurettes
- Developer commentary
The most interesting part about the survey is the listing of the first two God of War titles. It’ll be great for those who are interested in playing a God of War title but own a non-backwards compatibility PS3. Check your inbox or log into the PlayStation website using your PSN ID and complete the survey.

Wow, if that is the complete list of what they’re offering… this is a special edition for the ages.
Beats a sand globe.
Haha Tim they probably are going to select the top 3 from the list.
Alll of those except the two Blue-Ray discs sound lame/done to death. Exclusive Download Content is always a letdown/rushed, and I have enough trinkets from previous collectors editions. Bring on the “meat” Sony!
Personally (besides God of War I and II on blu-ray), I want the snow globe.
Delicious gifts. mmm
I hate exclusive downloadable content.
I really hope they pack in the first two God of War games on a Blu-Ray Disc, because that would be amazing. Then again, I do own the individual games and I doubt I’d throw them out for a packed-in extra, but dang, if that wouldn’t be cool for the people out there that haven’t played the originals.
“God of War and God of War II on Blu-ray disc”
OMFG.
I love “behind the scenes” stuff too.
“God of War and God of War II on Blu-ray disc”
OMGFG
God of War 1 and 2 on Blu-Ray, all the behind the scene developer stuff as I’m one of the dozen people in the world who actually find that interesting. and T-shirt, I just love me some T-Shirts. Went to Comic-Con last year, the amount of free t-shirts….that place is nirvana.
