Bungie and Microsoft are celebrating the release of the Mythic Map Pack this week. Part of the celebration is that Halo 3 is free to play this weekend for all Xbox Live members, even if you only have a Silver account. If you’re a fan of the game and for some reason are without a Gold membership, this weekend is the weekend for you!

Giving out gold memberships for people to play halo 3 is pointless. These people already have live for Halo 3, as it’s like the number 1 xbox live game.
