I absolutely loved this game. I wished they would see a port to the Wii, or Xbox 360. I just hope we get an announcement about Kingdom Hearts 3 soon.

If you can get past Wonderland (most people’s first world), you will love the game. I ended up going bananas and making a full Optimus Prime Gummy ship.

I really wanted to like this game more than I did. I just couldn’t keep enough interest in the story to beat the game, and that was complicated by the rather simplistic– and repetitive– combat. I’m all for hack-n-slashers, but that’s not really what Kingdom Hearts was supposed to be.

Both games had great presentation (aside from some questionable voice acting at times) and the Disney touch really came through in spades.

I was talking about normal, but yea he is really hard on Expert. He’s doable though once you figure out how to stop his ultimate attack and learn the sleaze combos in the game.

Basically long story short; even though they’re doable below the cap on normal, they still require a lot of skill. It’s a great game.

Chris did you play on Normal or Expert? Because Sephiroth on Expert can still kick your ass at max level.

I completed both Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2.

My favourite was two, but from a neutral perspective one was an overall better game.

WOW no one’s beaten it apparently.

What’s funny about the game is that the beginning may turn off little kids. Traverse Town is a bit tricky in terms of searching for where to go next, and the first Heartless Knight boss there is a lot harder than anything before it. Get past that and the game is smooth sailing until Ursula.

I can definitely attest to this. All 3 superbosses, including Sephiroth can be beaten WAY below the level cap of 100; and since you fight Sepiroth alone, you only need Sora to be a decent level.

I’ve tried to play it through over and over, just can’t get into the story as much as I’d liked. It’s a bit too childish.
