In the latest issue of Playstation Official Magazine they reviewed Resident Evil 5 and just like everyone else across the board they praised the hell out of it and gave it a 5 out of 5. But strangely enough near the end of the review they hinted that Resident Evil 5 might be seeing some DLC.

So far Capcom have revealed nothing, so if the mag is being so mysterious and secret it must be something big. If it was extra costumes or something small there would be no reason why they or even Capcom couldn’t just spill the beans on the entire thing. That is unless Playstation are pulling shenanigans on us:

“The fun doesn’t end when you complete RE5’s main story-line,” comments the review. “We’re sworn to secrecy, but we’ve had a peek at an unlockable mode for forthcoming DLC, and it’s awesome.”

Even though this came from the Playstation Mag there’s still a high chance that it’s not exclusive to PS3, so 360 gamers shouldn’t be downhearted. Everyone keep your fingers crossed for a horde mode and maybe the Gaming Gods will answer our prayers. More to come when Capcom make some kind of announcement.
