I would suggest whiactng your intake of sodium, msg’s, and many cold/allergey meds. Also, increase your water intake and excercise. My dad and I both have HBP and we have began to drink a glass of red wine each night before bed. We heard this from several different people and decided to try it out, and it seems to have been working so far. Not a drastic change, but enough of one to notice that it is a little bit lower. I eat alot of eggs and boneless skinless chicken, never fried. All of these things have began to help lower my HBP a little bit! Good luck and if you find anything that works amazingly, let me know!
