These will be priced at ¥18,900 (US$195).

The DSi was released in Japan on November 1st 2008 and sports two 0.3 mega-pixel cameras, larger screens, a new SD card slot and better speakers. However unlike the original Nintendo DS and DS Lite, it does not hold backwards compatibility for Gameboy Advance games.

  1. I want a DSi at some point, if only for the downloadable content.

  2. I’d buy one but i still love some of my GBA games, and its not worth having a Lite and a DSi

  3. Same as Chris. I see no big reason to blow off hundreds of dollars on a new DS for the second time. The only reason I’m getting it is for the addons.
