According to Gamespot the 2 highly anticipated pieces of DLC for Fallout 3 have been delayed. The Pitt and Broken Steel follow the recently released Operation: Anchorage content.
Both The Pitt and Broken Steel will both be delayed by one month. The Pitt which was scheduled to be released this month has been pushed back to March, and Broken Steel which continues the story of Fallout 3 and raises the level cap by 10 has been thrown from March to April. This was confirmed to GameSpot by Pete Hines, VP of Marketing for Bethesda.
I’m sure that noone is going to be happy about this delay, especially as Broken Steel was the most exciting out of the two, and having to wait till April just doesn’t seem fair. Hopefully Bethesda have a fair and reasonable reason for doing this. Lets just hope that when they do get around to being released, that their better than we ever expected.
The Pitt and Broken Steel are exclusive to XBox 360 and Windows PC. The PlayStation 3 version of Fallout 3 will not receive the downloads.
