With the holidays recently over the Xbox Live activity is always an interesting read, because it gives you a good idea of how well the video game industry did on the software side of things. Call of Duty: World at War has managed to stay at the number one spot for the third week in a row.

Halo 3 is at a close second, and has managed to lose its number one spot probably due to the holiday sales of World at War. Gears of War 2 is at number three followed by Call of Duty 4, and with the recent announcement of the Gears of War 2 patch being released soon, we may see an increase in LIVE activity for Epic’s baby. At number five, we have my current favorite, Left 4 Dead, which has been sitting in my disc drive for the last week or so.

As for the Xbox Live Arcade top ten titles, Castle Crashers is at number one, with Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix nearly taking up half the page at number two with it’s extremely long title.  The number three spot is taken by Worms with Uno and A Kingdom for Keflings following at number four and five respectively.

We will have to wait until next week to see what will happen but I have a pretty good feeling we will be seeing the same thing, but who knows?
