sonicmario Rumor Limit: Sega gives no comment towards Mario and Sonic at the Winter Games

The Winter Olympics are kicking it off in Vancouver next year. Who knew right? Pictures have surfaced in Spanish magazine Nintendo Accion that show Mario and Sonic teaming up again for an Olympic showdown. SEGA has denied this, but we all know they can’t resist another money maker.

Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games was released for the Nintendo Wii in 2007 and the Nintendo DS in 2008. The Wii version sold well over 5 million copies.

Interesting. I was a massive fan of the Olympics game featuring these two heros – let’s hope the Winter version (if there is one) turns out to be better.

Yea. Sonic and Mario together is an awesome collaboration! So is Snake in Super Smash Brothers Brawl.
