The massively multiplayer game “The United States of America’s Democracy” (also called U.S. Democracy, USA, or simply US) has recently released a patch that updates the game to version 44.0, addressing a number of complaints and issues found with the game’s previous version released just under eight years ago.

Good news for arcade fans all around! Earlier today we announced the arrival of Popcap games to the PSN. Now, Namco is bringing it’s classic heavy hitters to Playstation Home. In addition the classic shooter Xevious (which is redone in 3-D and HD), also included are Galaga, Pac-man, Digdug and Dragon Spirit. Gears of War PC Breaks

As of yesterday, the Gears of War PC certificate has expired, rendering the game useless. On January 28th, 2009 all legally bought copies of Gears of War PC will cease to function. The only possible way to immediately fix this is to set your system clock to an earlier date.

A management visit between Take-Two and Nintendo took place recently regarding the upcoming Nintendo DS game “Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.”  Analyst Doug Creutz came away fron the meeting citing that the future DS game will be “an important test of Take-Two’s ability to make inroads on Nintendo’s wildly successful DS and Wii platforms.”
